Event details you share in an enquiry, such as dates, location, audience and budget.

How we collect it

Mostly directly from you: through the enquiry form on this website, by email, by phone or WhatsApp, or through social media. Enquiry form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, on our behalf. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google when pages load.

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry and recommend suitable speakers.
To arrange, contract and manage bookings, including briefing calls and travel.
To tell you about changes to an event or to this policy.
To keep the website working and improve it.

Who we share it with

We do not share your contact details unless you ask us to or agree to it, for example when we introduce you to a speaker you want to book. Information about our speakers and the topics they cover is published on this website to promote them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to deliver and account for our work, then delete them.
